Custom Report Template

₹25,000 one time per unique template

Use the same template across your outlets without another template fee. A later customer-requested redesign is ₹10,000 per revision cycle.

Presentation only: logo, colours, fonts, headers, footers, section order, tables, and chart styling. It cannot add data, calculations, history, insights, report types, or higher-plan features. Core calculations, report status, missing-data warnings, and audit information remain standard.

Bank Reconciliation

Standard BunkPulse reporting can match sales with POS receipts and accepted station payment records. That does not confirm that a digital payment reached your bank account.

Bank Reconciliation will be separate. Eligible plans, required evidence, frequency, delivery format, scope, and pricing are not yet announced.

BunkPulse does not calculate tax liability, prepare or file tax returns, make professional accounting judgments, or certify the books.

Questions before you choose.

Clear answers about your reports, records, plans, and service.

How long does BunkPulse keep my station's records?

Created reports are available within the retention period. While a station is active, BunkPulse keeps a rolling 24 months of official report PDFs, corrected report versions, structured records, original photos and slips, and related audit history.

  • Owners receive advance notice and a bulk-download option before older records are deleted.
  • When a paid plan ends, Owners have 30 days of read-only access to open and download retained records.
  • No new reports or Ask BunkPulse historical questions are available after the paid period ends.
  • After the 30-day read-only period, the remaining operational data is deleted.
  • A sent report PDF never changes. A correction creates a new version.

Retention and question windows are separate. Question windows use the station's business date—not the message, receipt, or report creation date.

Can I download my old reports?

Yes. Authorised users can open and download any created report that is still within the station's retention period, regardless of plan.

Opening or downloading an existing report is different from asking BunkPulse questions about past records. Ask BunkPulse uses the station's business date to apply these plan limits:

  • Start: the current and previous business day.
  • Control: up to 30 days back, including reconciliation details.
  • Command: up to 365 days back, including comparisons, trends, and planning.

A question limit does not delete, hide, or prevent the download of a report that is still inside the retention period. After a paid plan ends, Owners retain the separate 30-day read-only download period described above.
